Victor Wainwright’s Megatrain

Here’s a ‘true story’ -
In an effort to escape Piano Bars, Victor Wainwright created a 'knocked down' blues show at the suggestion of his manager Harty Wiedemann. The Piano Bars we're so much fun but also too much fun, and Victor would almost be ready to fall asleep after a night of non=stop performances, only fearing that he might wake up the next day thinking that he had been sleeping on a bench in Central Park, so instead he beat feet back to his hotel room to get a good night's sleep only to do it all over again the next day.

Out of this piano bar / park bench dilemma we created Victor Wainwright's 'classic blues show' performing infectious classic blues hits that encompassed legends such as Muddy Waters, Wynonie Harris and Louis Jordan and became an overnight success with promoters and fans alike and along with the enthusiasm of special guest Artists, quickly became the Megatrain
